Dear Mr / Mrs.
We, Bodrum Turkuaz and Manager of Bodrum
Public Education Center, are organizing the “5th Bodrum International
Children’s Festival” between April 21st and 25th, 2011 in Bodrum, Turkey.
Every year we celebrate The National Sovereignty and Children’s Day,
which was dedicated to children by our great leader Atatürk, joyfully.
We believe that if we bring up the children,
who will be the owners of our future, with the feelings of peace,
friendship and love, then we can give an end to all the wars in the
world.
We would be very happy to see you in this
organization.
If you accept our friendly invitation, we
will contact with you and we will sent an official invitation for the “5th
Bodrum International Children’s Festival ”.
Principles of Participation
The age of the dancers of the Folk Dance
Group must be between 9-14 and max.20 person total.
1- All the groups will arrive in Bodrum,
Mugla. (A beautiful town on the Aegean Cost of Turkey) on 21th April
2011, and will leave festival place on 25th April 2011 after breakfast.
(4 nights)
2- The guest children will be hosted by the
families of the Turkish Students in their homes. The guest teachers,
managers and the others in charge will stay at the Teacher’s Residence
in Bodrum.
3-The total number of members one
participating group, including the accompanying people and the drivers
cannot exceed 24. The total number of the accompanying people and the
drivers should not exceed 4. (20 students and 4 teachers, manager etc.)
If the group travels by plane, the transportation from the airport will
be supplied..
4- The groups will perform three days. ( 22,
23 and, 24 April 2011). The performance of each group will last 8- 12
minutes and the parade programmes will be presented with festival
program.
5-All participating groups will receive
festival certificates and gifts.
6- It is obligatory for every participant to
have a valid health insurance.
7-The groups need to bring their national
flags and some gifts to be delivered during the visit to an authorized
person.
8-A competition will be held on the last
night of the festival for all of the groups which will be held at the
Ancient Theatre in Bodrum.
Under these conditions, you should send
us your group details, photos and the other information by
December 25th, 2010 if you want to take place at these organization.
After receiving the mentioned documents, we will contact you and send
you an official invitation.
